When completed, the Wheeler Historical Museum will be an educational repository of historical information and exhibits about the people and development of Wheeler, with special attention and appreciation being given to local Veterans of all American Armed Forces. The American Legion building which is located on US Highway 83, along the northern edge of the city of Wheeler, Texas is currently being preserved and rehabilitated to house our new museum!
